These terms govern your use of vv-advisors.io and the application process offered on it. By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

What this site offers

This site describes a paid advisory engagement and provides an application to be considered for one. Submitting an application does not create an engagement, an advisory relationship, or any obligation on our part. Engagements exist only after an application is approved and a separate written participant agreement is signed by both parties. If these terms and a signed participant agreement conflict, the participant agreement controls.

Applications

All applications are reviewed personally. We may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, and we are not obligated to provide a reason.
You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to share any materials you provide.
No payment is requested or due at application. Payment terms for approved applicants are set out in the participant agreement.

Not professional advice

Content on this site is general information about the engagement and the advisor's background. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. Advisory sessions, where offered, provide general business advice only and do not create a fiduciary relationship. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, and no introductions to investors, referrals, or funding are offered or implied.

No guarantee of outcomes

Business decisions remain yours alone. We make no representation or warranty about any result from an engagement or from information on this site.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including submitting false applications, attempting to identify the advisor for publication, scraping content, or interfering with the site's operation.

Third-party services

This site uses third-party services (such as Typeform for applications). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability related to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to matters governed by a signed participant agreement, which contains its own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
